We may collect and process the following personal data: Slack workspace data (user ID, display name, email, team ID), User interactions with the Kokoon Slack app, Usage data (timestamps, logs, metadata), Account and billing data (company name, contact info, seat count). We do not collect special category data (e.g. health, ethnicity, political views)
We use your data to: Provide and personalise the Kokoon AI services, Deliver coaching and productivity insights, Improve our platform and monitor performance, Respond to support requests, Fulfil legal and contractual obligations
We process data under the following legal bases: Performance of a contract, Legitimate interests, Legal obligation
